I’m a hands-on growth leader. I don’t believe a fractional role means staying at arm’s length, instead I embed with the business, work across marketing, sales, product and leadership, and step into whatever needs fixing to move growth forward.

Sometimes that means changing the GTM strategy or positioning. Sometimes it means rebuilding the funnel, fixing the data, creating the right processes, or getting directly involved in execution. I care about the outcome, not where the work sits on an org chart.

For lean teams, I also build AI-native workflows and tools that extend what the team can do without adding unnecessary headcount. The aim is to leave behind a stronger growth function with the systems, infrastructure and capability to keep improving after I’m gone.
