About
I help Series A-C FinTech and B2B SaaS companies build repeatable revenue engines. Whether you need a full marketing strategy, a high-performing team, or demand gen that actually converts—I work project-based or on retainer to get it done.
I'm a marketing and growth leader who has spent twelve years turning hard-to-explain, technically complex products into businesses people actually adopt. My path started in real estate marketing and B2B SaaS content and PR, working with enterprise clients like HPE and VMware, before I stepped into Web3 in 2022. That shift became the hardest classroom I could have picked: digital assets are one of the least trusted, fastest changing categories there is, and building growth there meant earning trust from scratch, with no established playbook to lean on.
That period shaped how I lead. At FanFury, a fantasy sports and gaming platform, I ran growth marketing and crisis communications through the Terra/UST market collapse, retaining over 50,000 community members through transparent, real time communication while the broader market panicked. In the middle of that chaos, I also negotiated and onboarded ambassador partnerships with sports personalities Blaise Matuidi, Andre Reed, and Jorge Masvidal through CAA, and secured international media coverage from CoinTelegraph, Yahoo Finance, and The Defiant, work that helped the platform raise a $250K funding round and secure $800K in liquidity commitments during one of the hardest markets in the industry's history.
From there I led regional marketing at BitDelta across India and Southeast Asia, building community and acquisition infrastructure across four markets from scratch. Then, as Global Head of Marketing at SyncVault, a creator economy SaaS platform, I owned the marketing function end to end: an eight person team, a $320K annual budget, and full P&L and CAC accountability. I scaled the platform from 0 to 185K+ users in ten months at $0.50 to $0.70 CAC, cut onboarding drop-off by 70%, and improved NPS from 2 out of 10 to 6 out of 10 through real Voice of Customer work, not surveys run into a vacuum.
I later built Kelp's (KernelDAO) GTM, CRM, and AI search infrastructure from scratch, and when the protocol suffered a major security exploit, I led crisis communications and used AI-assisted PR and partnership outreach to rebuild trust with TradFi partners and the public, protecting the brand while the technical team fixed the breach.
Since November 2025, I've been building Meiseki, my own practice and operating model for fractional GTM and CMO leadership. Meiseki exists because I kept seeing the same gap: companies rushing to hire forward deployed and GTM engineers while the marketing plumbing underneath stayed unbuilt, so the technology got adopted and the ROI never followed. My approach is simple: find the real bottleneck, equip the existing team with workflows instead of adding unnecessary headcount, and build the acquisition, lifecycle, CRM, analytics, and positioning systems a company actually needs, then hand them over once the company is ready for a full time leader. Through Meiseki I've also built a regional content and developer education engine for Emurgo, a digital assets education and SEO engine for Coinstore, GTM strategy for Walle by CoinFantasy, and founded Vyper Studio, an influencer connector for B2B, music, and consumer brands where I've onboarded and managed over 50 creators across the UK and India.
I build my own AI native workflows with Claude Code and MCP rather than relying on off the shelf tools, and the same playbook, GTM systems, crisis tested communication, and hands on execution, applies wherever a strong product has a weak or changing distribution engine, regardless of industry. I'm currently available as a fractional or full time CMO for technical, founder-led companies that need someone who can build the engine, not just advise on it.
