Terms of Service

By accessing or using RankedCMO (“the Service”), operated by Sweat Pants Agency LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RankedCMO is a directory that connects businesses with fractional Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs). The Service allows CMOs to create profiles and allows businesses to browse, filter, and contact CMOs. We also facilitate structured client reviews.

To create a CMO profile, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

CMO profiles may be created by the CMO themselves or sourced from publicly available professional data. If a profile has been created for you that you did not request, you may claim it by verifying your identity through LinkedIn, or contact us to have it removed.

Reviews submitted through the Service are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or violate these Terms. Reviewers must have a genuine professional relationship with the CMO they are reviewing. We may contact reviewers to verify their experience.

When a business submits a contact inquiry through a CMO's profile, the information provided (name, email, company, message) is stored by RankedCMO and forwarded to the CMO. We do not sell or share this information with third parties beyond the intended CMO recipient.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Sweat Pants Agency LLC. User-submitted content (profiles, reviews) remains the property of the submitter, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of CMO profiles, reviews, or any other content. We do not endorse any CMO listed on the platform. Hiring decisions are solely your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweat Pants Agency LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from hiring decisions made based on information found on the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting us at privacy@rankedcmo.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
