Solving problems. Building a business is at its core, solving problems. Some problems more complex than others. Evan has spent over 20 years doing just that for E-commerce companies as both an internal employee and external service provider. With a very broad background, there aren't many problems that Evan has not has not had to confront and overcome. Growing within the industry since 2002, Evan has been around for several seasons of change in the digital marketing landscape. Holding C-Suite executive roles at Techstyle Fashion Group with a $300M P&L responsibility (JustFab, Shoedazzle, Fabletics, Savage X by Rihanna) and Thrive Market during major growth phases has presented in itself a plethora of problems to solve.
Spending the last 5 years on the "client service" side, building up an agency, Evan has furthermore been able to impart that knowledge to the brands serviced within, all the while building up that agency as a business itself. Working with such brands as Hello Fresh, Factor 75, Crocs, Lashify, Spot and Tango, and several more has lead to collective successes for both the agency and the client. The agency grew from 10 team members to 40 over the span of 5 years, and quintupled its annual revenue in the process. As the business development lead within Stealth, Evan was responsible for generating significant agency revenue and leading a team to aggressively grow revenue for the clients served.
Now, with a well rounded set of exposure, Evan is evaluating what comes next while helping other brands solve their problems. A follower of EOS (the Entrepreneurial operating system) as an integrator, Evan approaches problems in a methodical manner aligned with collective company goals, resource allocation, and level of importance.
